Dark theme option is notAvailable and overall this is an Indian app. So no problem that you improvements in it not have

Bluetooth headsets automatically gets disconnected when video call comes
I am using it in my Iphone but unable to connect to Bluetooth headphone while video calling. Even if phone is already connected to Bluetooth headsets, it gets disconnected automatically while doing video calling.

Clean user interface
I liked the simple and clean user interface. Compare to hike, i liked jio chat. But there is an issue. I am trying to text, audio video call to my mom and brother but they are not getting the notifications. I meed to call on their cell and ask them to open the app. Then only we can chat. Looks like if you do not open the app for some time, it goes to sleep mode. This is a pain. Developers please fix the issue.

Very bad service
Very bad service. I try to complain about my network issue through this app. It will prompt to update app and there is no update available. I am paying for 5gb daily every month. I was not able to utilize 1gb every day. I am calling customer service for almost one month. Sometimes they say network issue. Most frustrating part is when they say because of number of users.

Not as good as Whatsapp voice/ video chat as it frequently disconnects and also connecting itself a big challenge...
Person is not able to hear me
The person I seem to be calling is never able to hear me. I have tried to see if the problem is there in the settings. It was not like this before. Please check the app.

When calling to anyone the voice call is okay but when we switch to the video call we are unable to see the person. If it is for the video only the user can use camera to see them self...👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Worthless app
This app doesn’t even deserve a single star. I would have rated it minus 5 had there been an option to do it. The customer care chat doesn’t work at all. It just pops a message to call customer care rather than resolving queries. The customer care on the other hand has prerecorded messages without any option of talking to any executive. A flop app.
