App is crashing
App is crashing since last few days. Tried reinstalling it many times but still it crashes immediately after loading
Life saver in the times of COVID
Provided access to medical support when going to the hospital was not an option. Good video call quality. Good interface and systematic with reminders
Pathetic customer care - no contact number
I scheduled a consultation and the doctor didn’t conduct it. I was charged for it and I wrote to them regarding the same immediately and requested for refund. But their customer care team is saying my email id is not registered and hence they can’t do anything. There link given for email id registration takes me to MyJio app. What nonsense. They don’t even have any direct contact number for JioHealthHub. The existing customer care number has no option for JioHealthHub complains.

Despite bent head of radiation oncology. Dr Prasad Dandekar is very humble & kind. Doctor offered to discuss my case as it is unique and later advice the plan of treatment wrt radiation. I was very pleased when he said I may not require radiation. Not many doctors have a minimalist yet adequate treatment approach. I am blessed to have spoken to Dr Prasad Dandekar. Feel safe, knowing my case is in the right hands. Thanks

Video consulting come personal visit
We reach to hospital with impressions our consultation is in Person and Doctor shah called us in his consultation room on realising that we were talking on video with him from hospitals lounge. But sorry to write here after taking prescription from doctor we went to purchase same from in-house medical store we found his attitude improper.

This is perfect for today’s generation. Though older generation who is not computer savvy would need assistance.
Need of the time
I saw this mentioned in a beautiful article on Finshots and downloaded it, yet to review all facilities from a doctors point of view , but I appreciate the vision Reliance is marching ahead with. I just want to tell them ‘’ Vande Mataram ‘’

My first experience with online consultancy with a doctor and it was excellent. Dr. Joshi was very generous and supportive and that made it very convenient and comfortable for me to express my problem very easily. Thanks Doctor
Video consulting was very good
Doctor was very good and kind enough to hear all my concerns though some were not related to my problem and has guided me very well about my problem
Check up for wrist fracture or not.
Things to keep in mind...
1) sometimes the patient before you may overrun their consultation time as happened with me. Don’t panic thinking you’ve missed your appointment due to technical snags...wait or call the help line to inform that the concerned doctor is not online yet.
2) Strangely the doctor was not aware that i had taken my wrist’s x-ray and was consulting to find out if i may have a hairline fracture. Midway into my consultation i had to ask the doctor if my x-ray showed a fracture...it was then that it came to light that i had taken an x=ray the same morning. So...ensure & enquire if your doctor is upto date information on your case and has seen all your recent tests.
3) Other than the above, it was a seamless and efficient experience and for minor issue like these, i would recommend and be comfortable to repeat the experience.

Great app for doctor consult
Its a great app with seamless experience for video consultation. As a patient I had an option to choose from renowned doctors and book appointments with them. A holistic experience as i could share my reports with doctors and they shared prescription with me digitally and securely. Great work Jiohealthhub
