Products are not good quality
I have made couple of orders with them. Most of the times they delivers the dry rotten vegetables which no one picks in the store. Also some of their items has wrong description and when the item arrives we can see its not what is in the description. When we call the customer service they never return or refund such frauds happening to the customer. Literally they don't care.

Why you increasing the purchasing amount now? It’s hard for one person to make a big list! Kindly consider this for previous method!
Delivery issue
Always one or more missing products when you order groceries. Delivery guy never gives list of items you had order to verify. Resolution from customer service team never gets done. All they keep saying is wait for 2 more days. You have to raise multiple complaints to get one issue resolved so sometimes you let it go but this is loot and quite shameful service.
Very disappointing experience with GeoMart.
If you place an order after 7 PM (at least in the Balewadi/Baner area), the order is often not delivered and simply remains on hold for 2–3 days. When you contact customer support, they only raise a complaint ticket but are unable to contact the delivery team or provide any meaningful assistance.
After waiting for days, the order eventually gets cancelled. The worst part is that you keep expecting the order to arrive, so you cannot confidently place a new order elsewhere if the items are urgent.
This is not an isolated incident. I have experienced the same issue more than 10 times (around 11 times so far), which makes it a recurring service failure rather than a one-off problem.
To make matters worse, GeoMart has recently started charging ₹30 as a delivery fee for quick delivery. Charging extra for a service that is neither quick nor reliable simply does not make sense.
Overall, this has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had, and I hope GeoMart takes steps to improve its delivery operations and customer support.

Accepting the order but not deliver the product
The worst delivery app i have seen in my life. Order kiya uska 1:30min ho gya, abhi tak order nahi mila aur naa hi order cancel ho raha hain. Na hi refund de rhe hain.
Order gets returned without delivery attempt. Unreliable
I ordered an item and was waiting for it. It got marked as returned. Nobody attempted delivery. The customer care doesn’t do anything to get the item back. They will say refund initiated wait for 72 hours.And most annoyingly app show order returned but inbuilt chat bot doesn’t list that order. I am NEVER going to use this app EVER again

My worst online shopping experience was with JioMart. The product I received was damaged, and the return/refund process was very disappointing. Don’t buy
I wanted to return a high value electrical item as it wasn’t the right type and also arrived with packaging damaged. Very poor customer service who said you can’t return an item even though on website it clearly states you can’t return this item in 7 days. Better stick on Amazon. Went to the actual reliance store where the order came from who said because it’s online they can’t take it back. I will never use JioMart again!!!!!! Pathetic customer service
