The app enables restaurant owners and staff to: View incoming orders placed by customers Accept or reject orders Manage menu items and availability Track and update order status in real time Any restaurant owner or food business operator can download the app from the App Store and register directly within the app. A standard onboarding verification is required to confirm that the user represents a legitimate restaurant business.
