Will not let you log on in
The app will not allow you to log in. You put in your username and password and then nothing happens.

So you cannot login, which makes this app pointless. The spinning ball of stress just rotates in the middle of the screen indefinitely after you submit your credentials. While it’s loading you can also edit the text for password or email so that’s not good.
The worst part. They give an email on their site for reporting problems with the app and the website. I sent them a thorough email 2025 September 2 regarding not being able to login. Now today as I write this on 5 November 2025, I’ve still never got a response from them and the login issue is still broken.
This site/service has the very real potential to be great.. but the people running it are the reason it won’t ever become great unless they change.

Not working
I used to use this app fine, but after a while it stopped allowing me to login to it. App has clearly not had any maintenance or updates since launch. Very disappointing.

Im unable to access the content I purchased online or via the App. No response for customer support and after reading other reviews I’m afraid I got ripped off? 🤞
Unable to Login
Despite being such a great website, the app does not work as it says something along the lines of “Invalid credentials”. Love the setup way more than competitors, with the sleek white background. Hope they fix this & pump out some new content.

App seems to have lost connectivity with the database. I can log into my account online but not through the app itself. And emailing for help? I’ve yet to hear back after two messages.
JJX has no support in app or online.
I had purchased the lapel encyclopedia from Keenan online years ago. I was told JJX is where it now lives. I can’t access it, password reset doesn’t work, when I do reset it it still says I have no access. App stole my money and even when I make a support ticket online… they never reply.

Don’t waste your money on these guys
Don’t go anywhere near this rubbish. I paid for what actually was a good instructional series but only got to use it once. After that I couldn’t log in again. Despite contacting support many times and emailing them I have not heard anything at all. Tried different ways to reach out to them l but no response. Not even an acknowledgment. They just took my money and have never responded.

Ignored 2 requests for support
App is useless. Support is non existent. I tried to reset my password made new password then got access on the website but everytime I try to use the same password on the stupid app it says INVALID CREDENTIALS.
Contacted support twice over the last yeat and a half and have NOT recived a response for the problem.

App used to be great. Now I try to log in and it tells me I don’t have valid credentials. I can log in with the same details no problems online. Can’t download the videos I want. Can’t use app at all. Useless. I have to go online to log in. Have tried to contact them in regards to this. No response. Have tried again. Hopefully they decide to acknowledge my query this time.

Bottom line, the app doesn’t work. One minute it doesn’t recognise log in details, next minute you’re in, but can open any courses. Shame, as it means all the content I have purchased can only be watched on the web

Please update this and your website. I have courses on jiujitsu x and can’t even sign into the app!
I made sure my login info works on jiujitsux.com and can view it there. This app is 100% locked right now. I can’t sign into it with my credentials. On the new website jiujitsux.app it’s always laggy. Slow to load. Half the time stuff doesn’t show up when you search.
I love the courses they have but the website and this app have completely tanked. Terrible app right now. Don’t even bother
