Péssimo. Golpe.

Péssimo. Não recomendo para ninguém. Procurem outras plataformas melhores no mercado como chatwoot por exemplo. Suporte péssimo, nunca resolvem nada, só usam respostas prontas ou feitas por inteligência artificial. Eu comprei o plano anual, pedi cancelamento faltando 6 meses para o fim do periodo. Pedi reembolso proporcional, mesmo que com multa, o que é garantido pelo código de defesa do consumidor. Se negaram. Enfim, é golpe essa empresa.

Не вижу входящие сообщения!

Пока откроешь телефон, клиент уже уходит на другой сайт, в итоге приложение даже уведомление не отправит о том что есть посетитель на сайте, у меня посещений было за неделю в районе 230 пользователей, пропущенных сообщений 85. А все потому что в приложение даже не приходит уведомление о том что есть посетитель, он вам пишет или вообще что либо от приложения. Ни одного уведомления. Потеря времени, денег, и нервов. Снесу вас к чертям с сайта, вы мне бесполезны. Нет от вас толку.
