An angry customer
This review is on both the app and the drone. I’ve had my drone for a year now and not had many problems with it, but within the last couple weeks the drone has been malfunctioning. Just today I was out flying my drone, when during takeoff my drone a foot from the ground blasted backwards faster than I’ve ever seen it go. When it crashed, one of my propellers flew off into the woods, and another one snapped in half. Also the drone got very muddy and scratched up. I am very sad and angry about this as I use my drone every day and now I can’t. Please oh please fix whatever this bug is and maybe send me a new drone as well. Or at least some new propellers.

Won’t let me unlock beginner mode
Won’t let me unlock beginner mode! it’s just not loading when trying to save the settings to unlock beginner mode.
App Registration Doesn't Work
This was a gift for my nephew. Each time we tried to register the app it times out.
I have been a web engineer for almost 22 years now and I clearly know when I click on the Online Feedback within the app why it gives a 404 error message. It's because this Online Feedback doesn't exist on the web and I am quite sure this is the reason why people can't register the app so it can be used fully!!!
Well, buyer beware! I will do what I can being a web media professional to make sure people should refrain from buying any products from JJRC.
Geez who knows, these could be all stolen property being sold on Amazon!!! I mean who uses a public free email service (hotmail) as their email support address??? So unprofessional!

Perfection for drones app
It’s perfect my drone never crashed before it is a good app
Nice drone
I just received the JJRC H71 and once the app is installed I followed the steps but when I attempt to register in the JJRC TST app it continues to say request timed out not allowing me to register. App issues?
Unable to use
I have attempted to register several times and it times out. Because of this, I can’t use the camera on my drone at all.
I have attempted to contact customer service regarding this and got a voicemail every time. Unfortunately, I can’t leave a voicemail because it is full. For a company that seems to care about their products, it doesn’t seem like they care about their customers.
I will be returning the drone to Amazon very soon. It’s sad because I just got it yesterday and it flew okay and had pretty good reviews online.

App doesn’t work
Frustrated beyond belief that the app won’t connect with the device. Every time we hit “connect device” it goes to the control screen and the device never connects.......

Every time I use the app to do functions on my drone , the drone flies crazy. Like to lost it twice. When I use use the controller without the app it flies fine. Glitch in the app maybe ??
