Can’t reset my password

I can’t send reset password I keep getting 9999-internal error I’ve been in this loop for 5 Months now without any update from call center no one was able to solve this issue. it makes me sad for a 15 years JKB customer as I withdrew all my money from JkB and switched to a different Bank

الرجاء متابعة تحديث ios26, لا يعمل، بعد عدة محاولات اتصل معي موظف من الخدمات وجرب يقنعني ان التطبيق الجديد هو تجريبي فقط والبنك لا يدعمه، اجابة خاطئة وغير علمانية، ها نحن اليو، تم إصدار ios26 الكامل لجميع العالم والتطبيق لا يعمل.
التحديث الأخير قبل يومين صوب الوضع.

Its hilarious how outdated this app is. If you make a transaction it will take 3-7 days for it to show on the history. Like seriously? Its 2025 can you act accordingly?

When it works it works, but the app is plagued by bugs, lag issues, random outages where no functions work at all.

What happened to total cash available

In the old app there was a feature that calculates your available cash in your account .
(Meaning your money in saving and checking minus your credit card spending ). So when I open the app I just know I have that amount in my account .
Also your attempt in the smart assistant AI is worse than Siri 10 years ago . The problem with JKB is they don’t understand the importance of UX research. You need to hire UX professionals to better design the overall experience.
