Turn off your VPN
This works great, you can’t eat this tool, your VPN security will screw with you, you have to force it off and keep an eye on it so it doesn’t turn back on every time you reset the tool, this is the only problem I’ve ever had with it.

Won’t connect
Upon Initial startup, app crashes within 20 seconds of attempting to connect. Please advise
2 minute app
Will only connect for about two minutes before bumping you off. Then you have to reconnect and try to get through a calibration or sequence. Not usable it’s best to have handheld plugged in.

Unreliable
App will connect for about 2 minutes before crashing, interface is very twitchy one button push may turn into three. Great tool but poorly executed app.

App keeps crashing and no one at JLG knows anything about how to fix it.
