Job Evidence

Take the photos. Finish the job. Keep the proof. Job Evidence gives solo tradies and field workers a fast way to keep work photos organised by job and leave site with a clear proof-of-work record. Create a job in seconds, then take or import photos as the work happens. Mark each image as Before, During, After or Issue, add a short note, and keep every file with the job instead of losing it in your camera roll. Use the flexible Generic workflow, or choose a guided Bond Clean or Pressure Wash template. Required-proof checklists show what you’ve captured and what may still be missing. They guide your process without blocking you from finishing the job. When the work is done, generate a professional PDF proof report on your device. Reports include job details, photo categories, timestamps, notes and optional coordinates, then open in the standard iOS share sheet. FEATURES • Create and search jobs • Capture photos or import several at once • Before, During, After and Issue categories • Optional Bond Clean and Pressure Wash proof templates • Clear missing-proof review before completion • Local PDF proof reports • Optional location on new camera captures • Works without an account • Core job workflow works offline • Job details, photos, notes and coordinates stay on your device unless you choose to share a report Built for solo tradespeople and field-service workers who need reliable job documentation without CRM overhead.
