Can not access my information
I’ve had this app for the past three years without issue. For the past four days I’ve been unable to access any of my customers information through this app- the app when you click to access it continuously says loading but will never upload! I’ve tried accessing it through other devices and my computer but can not get the app to upload.
I’ve tried to send a customer email and it won’t allow me to send information to anyone to fix the issue.

Incredibly glitchy
With multiple free apps to manage scheduling you’d think the ones you pay for would be a bit above that performance level. It has to sync every time making it time consuming to just navigate the app since it has to sync every time I change a page even if I make changes to the schedule or not. There are also lots of times the app simply wont load at all or tells us our subscription expired even though it hasn’t. The layout is awkward to read and I think this app needs a TON of work before its ready to be offered to the public.

Takes your money but won’t let you use app!
I actually loved this app it was easy to use and we decided to pay for the full year upfront. But shortly after taking my money when we login to create invoices it logs me out and asks me to pay for a subscription?! It will not let me do anything anymore it continuously asks to pay when I already have been charged and paid for a full year subscription!
I emailed and got response right away to logout and back in…so I did so. It worked for a day and now will not let me do anything once again!! I have emailed several times asking for help and then a refund and now am being ghosted😡

Downloaded but when I try to open just says please wait forever
Great App but
Syncing used to be very fast but now it is a bit like a tortoise, very very slow. I was going to renew mine but have to think again. The delays after you do anything are causing me some issues.
I do hope that this can be sorted out quickly before I have to look for an alternative app.

Constantly Synchronising leads to frustration

I was really liking this app it’s very clever but very simple was at the stage after setting up my current jobs to transferring from the current app I use, unfortunately every time you login it synchronises I’m assuming with the server. Also every time you come back from another page (basically away from the home screen) it synchronises again sometimes having to wait over one minute, infact a few times I've been stuck on synchronisation.
it also seems the more jobs I’ve had booked in the longer it takes to synchronise unfortunately I only have five jobs booked in🤷Really frustrating and not good when you need to check a job or book in a job in front of a customer.. I am a plumber and do a lot of emergency work so being able to quickly add a job change job details or update a job or even check on a current job it’s just not productive timewise.. Real shame because this could be an amazing application for this purpose.

Been here for 10 min to retester and stays on please wait , I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and restored purchases and stuck on please wait . What’s the deal?

Don’t seem to work
I put in recurring jobs but they don’t appear on the calendar for future only the start date of the kid is there and no other jobs in days , weeks to come
I’ve got a van full of tools, but this is the best!
Couldn’t be simpler to use - and manages to include everything I need (and some things I didn’t realise I did until I started using them).

I’ve never done an App Store review but this app is so good I thought I had too! Such a simple interface and works well!

Good day ,This was a good app before the update now it is great app you can personalise the sections and add you own drop down menus plus lots of other features great to track and plan jobs brilliant thanks
I was very sceptical but...
This looks like the app I’ve been dreaming about. It does everything, from quotes to invoices, bookings, you name it. I’ve been testing and adding data all day and it’s looking and functioning really well. I provide services rather than products but it was easy to define the different services I offer as products so that I can now automate with a few clicks the tasks of invoicing, quotes, and job management, as well as diary planning and bookings. Why isn’t this app famous?
