Job Workflow PRO

Job Workflow PRO is the field companion app for restoration, mitigation, and construction companies that run their business on the Job Workflow PRO platform. Technicians and project managers use it on-site to keep jobs moving — capturing what they need in the field instead of heading back to the office. Built to be modular: every company turns on only the features it needs, so the app fits how your team actually works — whether you're running water and fire restoration jobs or construction projects. Note: Job Workflow PRO is a business (B2B) application. You sign in with an account provided by your company — there is no public sign-up. KEY FEATURES (available based on your company's plan) • Jobs — see your assigned jobs with customer, site, status, and notes at a glance • Photos — rapid on-site capture of job and before/after photos, organized into folders • Time tracking — clock in and out with GPS, track breaks, view your hours by pay period, and request edits • Contents — inventory customer belongings room by room, with photos and box/container tracking • Notes & documentation — keep job notes and important details in one place • Today — a daily home screen with your active clock, hours, recent jobs, and quick actions • Push notifications — job reminders, assignments, and time-edit decisions delivered instantly • Works offline — capture photos, notes, and shifts without a signal; everything syncs when you're back online Built for the field: fast photo capture, a clean interface designed for phones, and real-time sync with your office.
