As expensive as this software is
Software developers need to realize that as cost goes up so do the expectations of the customer. The cost of software is atrocious, the way seats and access is rationed at a ransom is also alarming. A simpler less draconian approach to costing would drastically reduce coding overhead, complexity, and cost. It would improve user experience and investment into a system by encouraging company wide use and adoption. Most importantly effort can be put into making the system work and keep up OS and web advancements.

Barcode not working IOS 16.X and above
We use the barcode scan for jobs. On the older iPads running 15.X the barcode works fine. The ones that have 16.X don’t work. If you hit the button for the barcode to bring up the camera it freezes the app. If you go to set up the connection and hit the QR it appears to hang up the application but I can see it opens the camera behind the connection window. App hasn’t been updated in 4 months. Please address these issues.

App is useless
This app is in need of serious updating. I’m unable to view any text fields and buttons are all dead. You would expect more for the thousands of dollars you pay annually to this company
Extremely out-of-date
This app is extremely out of date. It is buggy and requires an update to support iPhone X and above screen sizes natively. Also an option to enable QR scanning as an alternative to barcode scanning. It’s a very poorly made app especially for a service people pay thousands of dollars yearly for. The app looks extremely rushed or it was just not given any attention at all in development.

Works but can not see text
When I am typing in any fields the text can not be read. Say I clock into a job I enter my employee number and the courser moves but it’s like the text is the same color as the background and I just have to hope that I did not typo something This seems to be a IOS issue as android works fine. Please fix this

Lacks useful information
This should give the user the ability to see which jobs they are currently in.
Perhaps a E2 favorite response “feature request”
Just a button, click it, prompt for employee number, display currently logged in jobs. Easy!
Also the ability to log out of a job from this screen.
