Mobile iPhone - Job Details option
I recently purchased Jobboss2. The App works decent. There seems to be cliches when you view documents uploaded to a job on the iPhone. Click to view and the app closes. You can reboot it and it seems to get to the document. However, it is a nuisance and becomes frustrating. This works 30% of the time. I would like to see an update to correct this as employees on jobs would like to view the next job detail and program if needed. Right now, I’m still printing a document. However, it takes to search for the next physical traveler and I want a more streamlined process.

Do not use, poor customer service
Latest update broke logging in for us and this is an app we depend on daily for keeping track of time. Customer support is slow to respond and over a month now since I open a case to fix it and have no real update.

Keeps booting you out and won’t let you log in. Updates make it worse

App updated and logged me out from the company. The fields where they would try to get me logged in are blank and don’t show anything when typing. Awful update
Just don’t use
Randomly clocks you out, randomly clocks you into a job that you’ve never scanned. Not user friendly these app devs need to go back to school.
Fix the camera!
The camera doesn’t focus on the IPhone 14 and when far enough back where it can detect a QR code, it sees multiple ones and then begins to bounce all over randomly selecting all the codes it sees.
You are not able to scan the one you want unless you cover up all the others.
Such a disappointment.

Used to be great
Recent updates or something have stopped us from being able to log into jobs so now we have to use the other data collection app which doesn’t let the employees see what job they are on or their clockin time like this one did.
Broken camera feature and login problems
Fix the camera feature so you can scan and also when logging in the blanks have no labels and black so they don’t look like areas to enter text. It makes it hard to login unless you have someone who know how to.
Improvements needed

App is useless
This app is in need of serious updating. I’m unable to view any text fields and buttons are all dead. You would expect more for the thousands of dollars you pay annually to this company
Updates broke the app
The update when they rebranded to jobboss broke the camera functionality.

Two years ago our office manager gave us instructions on installing and logging in to E2, it was great! As a employee I could check hour on a specific job. One dayGet wholesale ceased working on all employees handheld devices, office manager could not get a resolution from the developer.Very disappointing…

No scan
We bought iPods for the employees to use for this. With this update, none of the iPods will scan and have to enter everything manually.
Updates cause failed connection
This is the 2nd update that has caused this app to not work. Can not connect to our server after the update to do anything and no way to roll back to the app that worked. Bad customer service as well
Decent app
Works great just wish there was a feature to see recorded times like what time punched in/out.
Addition of Current Logins & Custom Apps
Hello, the app is pleasant, quick and easy to use. However, it would be AMAZING - IF, ShopTech added Current Logins & Custom Apps. This would allow for employees to ensure they clocked in as well as print custom apps (we have custom apps for labels, wip tags, etc.).
