Cannot submit working hours
When submitting working hours says internet connection issue while it is not the case

It’s always a problem to clock in and out every single time.
It’s ok
This app would be so much better if you could copy/paste your times from one day or week to the next. It used to be super glitchy where it would crash before I could enter my time if I did multiple days at once; I learned my lesson and started saving after each entry.

Literally cannot add my hours even though I’ve been doing it for months.
Time sheet is not loading
Having a problem trying to put in my hours, it will just continue to load and not open up…..never did this before hopefully it could be fix ?
Keeps employee time well
Seems to work well with multiple users - accurate and easy to enter hours and expenses. Can be somewhat customized. Does the job
This app is absolute garbage
and the website is no better. This is the most frustrating platform to have to use to submits your hours. It’s poorly made and ridiculously glitchy. 🤮
Wish we could type the time
It’s so hard to scroll because it keeps moving after you stop. It would easier if we could type the time. Also when every time I enter Thursday Lunch it glitches and makes me lose my progress and I have Re input my times all over again.

This app keep log me out in the middle of im submitting my time. Also can you make the look like before. When I input my time it so much easier to just type it instead of scroll it. It wasting so much time
Does not let me log into week 11/7/21 it did 3 days ago but now it’s blocked
I don’t understand why this is happening I reinstalled uninstalled app updated my software shut my phone down and I still can’t get into my week of 11/7/21 I can get into the other weeks no problem but when I look at my app for the last 3 days it says “ enhancement” no idea what that means but no one is helping me fix this issue and I’m extremely upset! I tried it on my computer,my iPad my tablet my android and iPhone same issue! This is extremely frustrating!!!!

We're sorry to hear you had this experience. Yes, in early November there was an issue detected. It was resolved then, so the challenges you were experiencing should be resolved.

Does not let you log in.
This app prompts you with email address and password fields. You tap submit and you are brought to a blank screen with no information. Completely ineffective.

The app does not work. I tried to login my username and without saving my password and then with saving my password and it continued to take me back to the main screen of the app which is blank to begin with.
This app is rated a 1 star. No matter what nickname I chose it told me the name has already been taken. I even put in random letters 😒

Login credentials routinely fail

A download of this app on my iPhone does not work at all. Entered user name and password and nothing gets populated.
