Bad. Not even the same ATS.
It's like it's not even the same ATS System at all, maybe not even connected so the info you put on it doesn't save or populate from the app to the real site. They clearly do not care about the app at all.

Very frustrating
Was hoping this app would allow me to more easily work on the go. Not functional or user friendly. Can’t add information, the screen is just blank. Not useful at all.
Mobile app is a waste
Save yourself time and avoid downloading this app. Whether you are a recruiter or especially in a sales role, this app lacks many of the features that you would find on the desktop version. Furthermore it seems to me that JobDiva is not interested in improving this space… while competing platforms excel!
Another reviewer here is stating that we as users should expect less from a mobile platform. I have to disagree with that statement. I do expect more, it’s 2022 and recent generations of iPhones, especially tablets have more than enough processing power to run this system.

Exactly What I Needed
Honestly, it does all I need to do when I’m on my phone. Texting and quick profile updates… otherwise I’ll just do it when I get home.
