Sometimes nobody in your own group can do it. And sometimes you'd happily help, but there's nothing going on in your circle. That's what the global group is for. THE GLOBAL GROUP It's open to every Jobiro user and you don't need an invite — you just pick it in the group switcher. You see tasks from people outside your circle and you can offer them a hand, just as they can offer you one. The reward here is counted in karma, the Jobiro currency — nothing is paid in cash in the global group. HOW IT WORKS 1. Switch to the global group 2. Go through the tasks and find one you can do 3. Put in an offer with your own karma figure 4. The poster picks your offer and the work happens 5.
