The Board highlights the finding blocking closeout, the next owner action, report readiness, open actions, blockers, and handoff status before the report is shared. The app is intentionally manual and private. It does not take photos, scan documents, inspect buildings automatically, use sensors, connect to cameras, microphones, cloud drives, project-management systems, email, calendars, maps, accounting tools, payment tools, CRM systems, AI services, or external services. It does not provide legal, safety, code, building, engineering, insurance, financial, compliance, or professional advice.
