This release focuses on getting work done in the field. Signing and closing a job • Signing the job now signs the work order in one step — the customer signs once and the work order is sent automatically • The invoice can be generated and sent right after the job is closed • Once a job is completed it becomes read-only, so services, quantities and photos from finished work can no longer be changed by mistake • Task status now reads "Done", so it is no longer confused with completing the whole job Equipment and service history • See the equipment installed at the service address, and the service history for each unit, from the visit screen Notes • Dictated notes are transcribed and translated automatically — no extra buttons to press Lists and forms • Status filters and paging now work correctly on jobs, service calls and proposals • New list screens for customers, buildings and users, and tapping a row opens the record for editing • Text and buttons no longer stretch out of shape when the device is set to large font sizes For drivers and cleaning crews • Route stops are visible directly on the crew card, for the driver and for whoever assigns the route • A truck is now optional when assigning a driver • Screens no longer show actions that do not apply to your role
