I like the way this app works and sometimes really get good deal. Now they have started keeping product from levis so love to visit stores.

Invisible items stuck in my cart that I can’t remove and I’m being charged for… renders this app absolutely useless!!!
Cart missing basic link functionality
I can’t click an item in my cart to go back to the listing. I have manually search up the item if I want to look it over again. This is a terrible user experience and such a simple fix
After I updated your JoeFresh app
I’ve already called PC Optimum and JoeFresh. I have $30 available for my PC Optimum points. When I go to use them at JoeFresh, it shows zero I’ve contacted PC Optimum. They said it’s a JoeFresh problem when I called JoeFresh they say it’s a PC Optimum problem. It’s been over two weeks and nobody has fixed this problem.

This update does not allow me to see the full page as I think this update is pathetically lacking in shopper friendly mode. Horrible service and update !!!!

No “Favourites” Option

Newest update is garbage
New update and look of app is horrible. Cannot sign in at all. Takes me right back to main page and cannot sign in to make a purchase. Fix this before you lose customers!!
Also why have a separate women’s tabs when you put both the plus size in with regular size? If I just want to look at regular size, I shouldn’t have plus size clothing mixed in. Sometimes I see plus size clothing that looks great but it’s unavailable in my regular size.

App Update Not Helpful
Since the app has been updated to mimic the website, I’ve been unable to log in to my account (an endless cycle of taking me back to the login screen). It’s also very slow navigating through to view the different items. The way it was before was much easier to use.
Uhhh… meh
I used to shop on this site, all the time; for, my son. And used to love the prices before they increased. Clothes are good quality yet it’s hard to find some in a decent price, nowadays.
They don’t fix the app
I have had the app for months now and whenever I try to log in. The app will not allow me to log in. I have missed out on so many optimum points because of this. I have spoken to customer service and they do nothing.
Super lame
In the 5ish years that I’ve been using the app, it has always had a glitch or two that will evolve ever so slightly in between updates or will disappear completely, only to be replaced with another issue. Today, I can’t look at individual items, see what sizes/colours are available nor see how it looks on the model. I‘ve gotten the ‘Error fetching product details’ message on more than a dozen items so I’m over it. The folks at JF tell you to sign in and out, delete the app from your phone and download it again, you know, whatever gets you off their back without taking ownership of the problem. But, when you have to do that consistently, over and over again, just to make the app work? Super. Lame. I am here to say that it simply isn’t worth it. Keep your sanity intact and purchase online via the website only. PS: I’ll also take this opportunity to add that you cannot use JF gift cards on the JF app or website *eye roll* actually so dumb.

Jamais je laisse des commentaires mais les vêtements sont pas super y’a trop de vêtements sports. Un peu de classique pour le travail y’a pas juste du Tele travail. Merci de prendre en considération mes commentaires. Et la personne qui fait les achats n’as sûrement pas un problème de poids car elle ne se met pas trop dans la peau des personnes ayant ce problème.
