Glitches
The app was working great but lately, the message is written out of order. Apparently, the daily message in the app is not formatted correctly. Therefore, the sentences/paragraphs are gibberish because they are out of sequence and disorganized. Difficult to read .
Worthless
I thought this would be good to watch your sermons on Sunday. I was wrong! Each time I try to log in, it fails. The email I get from you doesn’t even let me. Not worth it and I will look for a better app with a different pastor.
Grateful
I fell in love with this app in 2020. In 2022 I got a new phone and tried to download the app and it was not the same😣. Today in 2025, same thing. I still get the daily word but it's only through email now. I enjoy it so much, it will never be burdensome to just check my email, but the ease of the app was great!!

Can’t save sermons
The new app replaced the ability to save your favorite sermons. The previous app held my favorites and it was wiped away. If there is a way to save sermons it’s not very visible. I hope they update this app and make that adjustment because it is needed.
Disappointed
I don’t know what happened to your app but it isn’t working right. The only option I see is to request a book. Next button is in Spanish and supposedly has messages but it’s blocked off 2/3 of the way down and you cannot access them. The next button is podcasts and the last is a donation button. No daily messages any more? No place to “log in” or even set up an account. So the app is pretty worthless. I deleted and reloaded the app with same issues.

I miss the way the old app was with all past services and the ability to shop and purchase all Joel Osteen books.
Can’t access anything anymore
Can’t see the daily word(today’s word) without going through the app support. So I’m deleting the app because I don’t need it if I have to go through the app support.
Where are the Devotions?
2024 Update: What happen to the daily devotion at my finger tips on the app? The whole point of the app was to easily do my daily devotions with ease before satan tried to be busy with my day. But that giving button is there. I really hope the App Home Screen gets updated to have my devotions on the home screen. I can’t even sign into my account like before. Daily devotion access gone. Giving button added. 🤔🧐🤨
Update: 6/28/18 Still love what I said before. But since one of the last updates the font for the daily devotions is super small. I know I’m hitting 40. And I need glasses. But it’s super tiny. And w the blue grey color of font w white background. It’s hard. I set my iPhone setting for larger font but it does not work for this app. Could we have a font setting in the app for the devotions? Or a zoom feature like Instagram? Also I miss the scripture being printed at the bottom of the Sunday messages. Even if the whole verse is not typed. Can we have the scripture reference? Thx thx. Older: Love the app! I love that the daily devotionals are here. It's better than receiving them in between other emails in my inbox. However I wish I could refer back to the day befores or prior. Love that I can watch Sunday's message as well through out the week. I look forward to how it's going to grow.

App is stuck on Request a Copy
Can’t get to the former choices like Today’s Word, there are no menu options to get there. Have to go to the web version to get to inspirational. Web version has a pull down menu but this app doesn’t. Please check, it has been a while now. Thank you.

I loved the old version of the app because of having the Todays Word devotion. With the updated version, Todays Word is gone. Please bring it back.

I always share today’s word with colleagues. This new app does not allow access. It stays on order 3 minutes book. What happened…

New design
I agree with all the other one star reviews, the new app does not allow for the daily devotionals. The daily devotionals were amazing and a great way to start the day. Please bring that back.
App Ruined
I love Joel Osteen ministries, however, I used to use this app daily to read the Word of the Day and find encouragement but in the latest update that has been removed and instead replaced with a home screen selling books.. very sad to see this decision was made. Deleted the app.
Not Good
What happened to the daily message and prayer. I was always inspired by that message. It started my day with God
Unable to create account
I have tried numerous times to set up an account and each time I get sent a link to click on and nothing happens. It’s a dead link. When I do get a reset code and put it in, I get the username/password is not correct. I have even tried using several devices and 2 email accounts. I wish I could access the app.

So bad
Joel Osteen is one of the greatest pastor in the world. The only thing is not supporting is just the the laziness of the app developers that never want to fix the buggy that always there and leave it there for months and even years, why would you have the apps then if can’t work it supposed to be. Thats really really sad and waisted of money

Can’t create an account and no cust serv
I have tried both of my email accounts and can’t create an account to get into this app. It sends me a link that won’t open every time, so I can’t create a password. I can’t contact customer service to help me figure out what I’m doing wrong. I was really looking forward to using this app.
