Web site order was garbage. App not much better.
Web site wouldn’t complete order and wouldn’t connect my sides and drink to the meal. I jumped to the app and it was no better, the issues caused me to miss my delivery window and now I’m picking it up. Garbage online ordering.
Charged extra $1 at checkout after tax
I was charged $1 after my total including tax in the app. That’s a rip off!

Hot Chicken Saturday
Always good. We find ourselves drawn to Joella’s when we’re out and about on the weekend. It’s always the big slaw sandwich, tweener level spice, with tenders substituted for the thighs that come standard. The juxtaposition between the spicy chicken and the creamy slaw is delicate and delightful. I tried the pimento ranchero for the first time today, and it predictably tasted like pimento cheese with ranch dressing. I got the macaroni and cheese, which didn’t disappoint. Now I have to waddle around the shops with a food baby while my wife shops.

Online ordering not working
I’m on limited time for my lunch break and wanted Joella’s. Online ordering would not my process my payment, kept getting a message that my CVV was incorrect. I verified CVV and tried 2 other cards to receive the same message. Hope this is fixed soon.
