I had no issues with the app, although I think it would be helpful to streamline the options on the fries—I think it displays strange on the options (not seasoned option or if you want extra crispy, etc).

App doesn’t work
It gives an error regarding unable to process anytime you try to do anything. Waste of time, just easier to call in an order.

Payment options
It’s nice that I can check out without creating an account but still have to enter a bunch of info and card details. Needs to support Apple Pay for convenience and security. I decided not to order via app because of this.
Some Mobile App Work Needed
I love the convenience of this app but I get so frustrated that you get all the way through your order before they tell you that ASAP ordering isn't available. If ASAP ordering isn’t available the app, please tell me up front and/or possibly suggest a future time for me. Don’t tell me it’s 17 minutes and let me get my whole order prepared before warning me that ASAP pickup is not available. Going back and selecting various pickup times one at a time isn’t a great use of time either. I’ve had so many times that I’ve setup an entire order but then no more times are available before closing. I love Joe’s, and am a loyal customer, but please keep improving the mobile app.
