Bug that means orders are incorrect
The app appears to have a bug which means items ordered through the app don’t match what gets through to the ordering system in store. I could see in my order details in the app that I ordered pepper sauce, yet the store receipt incorrectly said I ordered beans.
Thankfully the rest of the order didn’t have the same issue but this really needs a fix - currently at least some parts of customer orders are not coming through correctly to stores!

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t let u pay for an order.
Best fish in Lisburn!
Big John Dory took care of a large order from myself recently. I tell you what, he does some quere fish dude. Great curry dip too💪,,, yum! Best fish and chips you’ll find in Lisburn.
What is the point?
App charges more for every individual item on the menu, plus an additional service charge for the overall order. Greedy greedy greedy! Order is never ready at the time promised in the app, which is the only potential benefit of using the thing. Uninstalling. If I go back I'll pay at the counter and save myself several quid.

Why pay 50 pence more just to order via an app?

This app never fails to mess something up somehow, it nearly always crashes, it now says it doesn’t support Apple Pay yet Apple Pay is an option when choosing your payment. I tried to put my card details in because of Apple Pay not working and when I clicked save my card it wasn’t an option and asked me to add a card again. I’ve also had times where the order goes through more than once and charges me multiple times. I’m always refunded so it’s fine but it’s also just inconvenient. Food also usually takes at least two hours to come.

Tried it a few times over past few weeks and every time I try and make an order it says connection issues.
Time Wasters.
Go through all the details etc, choose your food and then are told you are closed! Total amateurs. Won’t try again. Ok
Awful app
App is badly designed and terrible to use. Can’t view or make changes. Took me ages to find out how to remove something from basket. Doesn't give options for making changes and everything has to be deleted. Meal deal offers are hard to find and offered discount wasn’t applied!
£10 min order???
Why? If customer is paying for the delivery what does it matter how much their order costs! Disadvantaging people who live alone, the elderly or someone who wants to eat something different to the rest of the family. Crazy to have minimum order set so high when you offer food priced below a fiver.

Incorrect orders
Orders never come the way you order them always get at least 1thing wrong & they mustn’t check the comments section either, not a good service
Over an hour late, no way to find out on app which John Dory outlet order was placed with.
Now calling around various local John Dory’s to ascertain which has my order and where my food is. I had plans tonight which are now going to run late, as I would have already finished eating by now if the food had arrived within an hour of estimated time (it’s more than 2 hours since order was placed). Will NOT be using this again, and absolutely would not recommend this app to anyone.
