why does paying have so much friction. It’s genuinely hard to follow out and seperate g out month year makes autofill not always work. Add apple pay I click a button and done
Food good customer service bad
i love the food i received. but i ordered from the app today and didnt get the soda i ordered, so i called and asked for a refund for the soda and the lady who answered said ok and hung up

Love the lasagna and the atmosphere.
Food is Good, but delivery fee (not the driver tip) is astronomical!

I don’t like the Johnnys Pizza APP, it charges almost $10 for delivery FEE and that doesn’t include the driver tip (they deliver with DoorDash) that’s an additional charge!!!

We stopped in while we were down visiting at Fort Benning and this place was outstanding. Our service was great and the pizza was honestly one of my favorite pizzas I’ve had in a long time. We will be down that way again this weekend and will be stopping by for another great pizza.
Favorite Pizza Spot in Gainesville
The pizza is delicious and the Bruschetta is fabulous! Fried Mozzerella sticks are the families favorite too we have to order extra! Great place to eat!
Awful
Will never order online again! Kitchen staff made food way too early. Pizza is cold and soggy and antipasto salad meat is literally hot rather than cold. Can’t blame the DD driver. The kitchen staff made it way before it was even scheduled to be delivered. I have receipts since Johnny’s is saying it was scheduled to be delivered at 1:00. It was made at 1:57 and picked up by DD at 2:59. So, the person on the phone doesn’t want to take responsibility that the kitchen screwed up. If it was supposed to be delivered at 1:00 (like he’s saying) why was the food made at 1:57? The delivery was scheduled for 3:30. Awful and never again! Save your money!!

We enjoy our Johnny’s Pizza! They are always so delicious, & the staff at our store is awesome! Kind & efficient!
Kids
Left a 5, the app is great however I almost left a 4 due to the kids meals not being on the app. I don’t want to buy an adult portion of pasta for my kid to barely make a dent before being full! Hope you guys decide to add it, until then I’ll just keep calling and placing our order on the days he wants pasta. :/

We ordered pepperoni pizza that had no pepperoni, and spaghetti that had barely any sauce. I do not recommend this restaurant and I will not order from here again.

We Love Johnny’s Pizza
Once we ordered a 12 & 1/2 pizza and they got it wrong, so they made us another one and told us we could either keep the other one or give it away. The are awesome! We usually eat there several times a month. Delicious!
