User reviews

Unusuable

So unusable I uninstalled it

Worst app I’ve ever used

This is by far the worst app I have ever used in my life. Maybe the worst piece of software in general. The UI is broken, there’s no explanation of how to enable tracking for it to work (which IMO shouldn’t even be necessary), and signing forms and so on through the app is nearly impossible. I had to re-download multiple times and guess my way through the process of using it. At one point, I had to consult Rec Center staff to fill out a form, which should be totally unnecessary. Absolutely atrocious, inexcusably bad software.

Faulty App

The tracking issue does not show up in the settings. This has been a problem for a very long time. Fix the app already.

Keeps saying MFA failed

Keeps saying MFA failed, and I am using the correct password and entering the MFA code correctly

Really hard to use

Unreliable and very hard to use. Signing up for classes is extremely clunky and difficult. The app frequently doesn’t work at all or crashes.
