Useless app
This app is useless and doesn’t work. It’s barely supported (if at all) and is out of date.
Aged and doesn’t work at all
Just by opening the app, you’d immediately notice the app was built for tiny screens and doesn’t scale to modern phones.
Creating a new account goes into “Loading…” state and doesn’t come out of it. So I created an account on the website but Logging in doesn’t work either !

The doesn’t work at all. I can’t even log in. Please address the issue so your products work as expected. Terrible.

On my iPhone the app won’t even let me login to my account it just spins with the loading wheel and freezes...

Like many others I’m unable to log in with the app. Is there another app that can be used? When will this app work again?

Just do what Nest does, guys
The app interface isn’t very user-friendly and, at least for my model, doesn’t allow schedule adjustments for my thermostat. So I have to crouch over the touch-screen thermostat to adjust everything. My review went down to one star after I couldn’t login it to the app at all any more. The website gives no problem and my device is online, but the app says my password is incorrect. I never had these issues with Nest and would have returned this device after seeing the app if the thermostat hadn’t come with my apartment.
