Small but big improvement needed
today school is opening late. (not for obvious reasons, supposed weather, but its sunny and dry lol). the problem is the app doesnt notify about this at all. you literally not only have to review the feed, but have to review BOTH your kids schools feed and the Johnston County feed.
the app needs to:
- have an All Feeds option so if you subscribe to a school and JCPS feeds, youll miss one get the in one view.
- there needs to be an option to get notifications for the feeds too. i shouldnt have to go into the app. this is why i still get more info from the schools marquee than the app, because that info reaches me with little effort, apps are capable of so much more if built well with user needs in mind.
- both the "All Feeds" and the notification for feeds enabled, should be default settings, because users wont know they need to fix the app to work optimally. notifying and unified feeds are defaults most users will want.

No potential for this app
This is by far the worst app I have every used. There is no potential. I am unsure who the developers are, but if you have a student with multiple classes requiring multiple teachers there should be a better way for communication. Perhaps a suggestion would be a specific feed for all updates rather than clicking on each individual class and a one step system where we don’t have to click multiple times to get to one teachers messages. Also, the app is laggy and constantly logs me out. I have 3 students enrolled in school, and for all 3 I cannot access any of their classes which had notifications. Who knows if it was important or not, because I sure don’t. It says neither of my kids are enrolled in any classes.

Horrible App
For something as important as our children, we deserve an app that was tested and well programmed before a school year. Not even the teachers like this app. Please bring back class DOJO. This isn’t ok
Great potential here but lacking currently
This app has great potential but right now it’s lacking. Navigation is difficult and not naturally intuitive. Notifications are not readily visible within the app so when a teacher sends a message you have to navigate through every child registered and every class they’re in so you can find the message that was sent. There is no way to acknowledge or respond to any announcements that teachers post so it’s impossible for parents to respond publicly and not at all possible for teachers to know who has even read the message/announcement. HUGE a potential to be a great app for the school system but some basic communication issues need to be corrected for ease of use.

If I could give it 0 stars I would
This app is ridiculous. You can’t navigate it, you have to click each individual child in the menu to see their specific teacher announcements, there’s no back buttons, absolutely awful. Please either fix it or move on to something else. Dojo was 1000x better and easier.
Hard to navigate !
This app is actually hard to navigate, there is no back buttons you have to mess with it so much to go back to one thing. You have to individually click class by class to check things. Honestly it’s annoying and time consuming. Am pretty savvy with my phone but this app needs a lot of work still or just give us back Class Dojo !

Not receiving notifications from teachers
The app is not sending notifications when the room/teacher sends updates and information. To me, this is more important than when the school sends a random update. Yes, my notifications are turned on.
The worst
Bring back class dojo- no reason for this change. It’s hard to navigate and I keep getting closed out of it. I want to be able to communicate with my kids teachers and this is not it.
