The app is awful! It won’t open or sync a lot of the time. Have reinstalled countless times. The watch won’t update anything without the app so it’s effectively useless too.

Big Problems Since Last Update, HELP!
This app was working okay since I first downloaded it, considering it’s a cheap watch; readings were about 80% accurate. But since the latest update the app kept crashing on my iPhone. I deleted it and downloaded it again; now it won’t recognise my password when I try to log in. It also won’t send me a verification code. Without the app I can’t get the watch to sync to my phone, or even tell the correct time. Developers seriously need to do something about this, I can’t just throw this watch away.

I cannot create an account. I tap on ‘get code’ but it doesn’t arrive in email. Watch doesn’t show current time without connecting to app. What the ...?

App shuts down as soon as it tries to open. iOS 14.2. Have uninstalled then reinstalled, but did not fix the problem. Since iOS update.

The watch is excellent for calculating steps & various other premium features but its software is way behind time. Guys, the app keeps crashing on iOS 14... absolutely unacceptable if your software is not able to keep up with the OS. Please fix

How do you register with Email?
The options are either register with Apple or FB. Email option doesn’t allow you the register.

So many bugs
Sleep doesn’t correspond with time, and that’s if it even lets you open that section. Many other issues. Please fix.
Kinda sketch but it works
Im glad that the watch works and connects to the app but fr ppl who can connect ill explain how to in a simpler way. First click other method of sign in and put your email in. Then press send captcha verification and get the code from your email. Go to device and try connecting your watch, just change the watch screen from one panel to another repeatedly while trying to connect and itll work eventually. If you have connected bfr and maybe accidently disconnected, go to your bluetooth, look for your watch ID and press the information button. Then forget that device and try connecting again. Hope this helped and the watch isnt too bad imo.

App slow to update steps. App is not user friendly. Watch doesn’t indicate emails when selected on the app and find phone function only works if the app is open. The app overall indicates pretty poor quality control and interface is not functional at all. I’ll be returning the watch to Aldi.

I am unable to do the initial sign up. I don’t know how to sign up using captcha, and Facebook option can’t be selected. When I click in the bottom for support, it sends me to a page in an Asian language. I have tried everything from uninstalling, resetting phone and watch etc.

It’s good, the sensitivity to steps seems to be low, my iPhone picks up more steps and so did my Fitbit. The app also doesn’t coincide with the watch, the steps don’t match up. Other than that, it’s pretty decent.
