Great till it’s not
The app was working fine for a very long time, like five months, and then one day it was back on the login screen. And it wouldn’t let me login. Kept saying to contact support, and I did, but they were awfully slow and getting back to me and to date it’s still not Resolved. The program is absolutely useless without the app.

Love the immediate visual feedback
As the monitor is constantly monitoring and showing glucose levels on your phone, you are getting immediate feedback of how your body is reacting to the food you eat. There is no room for lying to yourself!

Fire your product manager
Whoever decided that the new user intro should be a simulation of chatting with a LLM needs to be fired. It is a fireable offense to do something that causes that much user frustration. Don’t make me wait for information like that. I’m on the verge of churning. Give me a way to skip that waste of time if you are going to persist with that stupidity.

Helpful Guidance
I started limbo back in Nov 2024. They originally had issues with delivery delays and charging custom fees (which they reimbursed), but these issues have now been resolved.
So far I have lost 38 pounds (3 months) in combination with intermittent fasting! I have tried to lose weight all my life without great success until now. (Lowest weight in 9 years)
The software/device provides great insight into what foods cause your BGM readings to rise so that you can prevent those spikes in the future.
It’s not a magic fix … you really do need to pay attention to what it tells you, and make the effort to change. When you see the cause and effect of the foods you eat, it helps guide your decisions.

Works well
But unhappy with recent update. Put the glucose reading back to the way it was. It is far too small with the recent change. Not everyone can read micro print!!! Old way was much better and user friendly. Could actually read the results which is the ONLY reason I am paying for this CGM.
Don’t waste your money
Took a month to arrive - sound doesn’t work on the instruction video in app - the plaster for over it nor alcohol wipes are included. The first device didn’t fire but the minute i took it off my arm it flew past my face and stuck to the mirror bending the needle, second device is in my arm and app wont pair with it. So pretty much a huge waste of $160 bucks and time and effort.

The app works well, is reliable and easy to use.
The program itself is super smart, healthy and sensible. Best of all it works !
You need to be a member. It isn’t cheap. And they have challenges with sourcing the devices sometimes. If you are patient with them it will arrive and your credit card isn’t charged until you get the device. My only real negative is a surprise charge from customs that I was not expecting.
Their customer service is available by email and is excellent. Response times are quite quick.
I highly recommend Limbo.

Scam
Bought over 2 months ago and got nothing yet. Their delivery time is ridiculously long, not sure if I’m getting anything at all at this point
Takes forever to ship
Bought this a month ago and didn’t receive anything yet. Support just says “sorry, you should get it soon”……this is the level of service I expect when I buy from Temu, not from an expensive product
Needs a lot of work
Provides you with necessary data but very basic. Graph hard to navigate and needs to have option to set time period of graph to day, week, month, etc. Would also be helpful to have a summary page showing trends following meals, snacks, etc. I hope this is the first iteration and upgrades will follow.
