Lost progress
Was 5 Stars before the Shift 2 update.
I've had the game for a long time and was surprised to see that Shift 2 is finally here. I made an account on the forums many years ago, I have not checked it in a while as I haven't received any email notifications from there in a long time. I opened the game and discovered that all my progress is gone. I tried the email backup sync and restore, but it didn't find any saves. I saw your response to another review saying you had to rebuild the game from scratch, which is probably why my progress is gone. I used to have the full game, but I still had to watch ads every once in a while. I was pretty disappointed that the game is now paywalled, especially since I lost my progress and won't be able to play Shift 2 without paying. Also, the new font is somewhat difficult to read compared to the previous one.

I’d really like to be excited about the new updates, but I keep running into bugs
First of, let me just say that I was absolutely psyched to see this had been updated after its hiatus. It was one of my favorites years ago. I’ve started playing from the beginning again since it’s been awhile, and I want to say I’ve enjoyed the whole thing all over again, I really do…but I keep running into bugs.
The call selection interface keeps popping up *while I’m in the middle of a call* without any way to exit out of it, which means I basically end up getting cut off and I never find out what happens to the caller. Half the first responder buttons end up being grayed out/unavailable most of the time. And worst of all, I bought the season pass, and when the bugs hit I deleted and redownloaded the app hoping that might fix things—and now I can’t restore my purchase.
I really hope you can fix these things. I’d love to be able to enjoy the game.

Confused
I got this game when it first came out years ago and had not finished it. The new updates reminded me of this, so I came back to try to do it, but I’m a bit confused. I couldn’t complete past shift 1, so I started researching. People were mentioning that shift 2 has never shown up, and that was like five or six years ago. Does that mean the game is unfinished? Is it going to be finished? I hope so, because it was fun and interesting while it lasted. And hopefully I didn’t just miss something that is keeping me from progressing.

I really want to like this game but…
Keep in mind, I’ve played version 1 before. It was a great game with very few to none(irl) bugs. But this is unacceptable for version 2. The labels on the calls before calling are very inaccurate compared to the call. The emergency service buttons are very inconsistent and sometimes do not even show up for the correct emergency. In fact, the same labels show up, just that it’s a different calls. The calls are the same from version 1(which I’m not going to complain, and I want them to still be there.) but the worst part is the scoring system. It is way too bugged. You can get 2 different scores, and the success and failure rate depends on the first one, which is always a failure rate. To the developers, please fix this, and make a reset progress button because of how bugged this is, and i really want to enjoy it. Thank you.

Can’t Wait for Episode 2
Super fun first episode and Can’t wait for episode 2! Only downside is I can’t sync. When I try to sign in with the magic link it just opens up in my browser not logging me in the app.
Where’s episode 2!?
I’m so ready for episode 2! I keep trying to find any other information in episode 1, I just can’t find anything! Hope episode 2 will be even more action packed!
Love it but..
The game sometimes had a black screen after syncing you to the game. I love the concept so far and hope to see more. But the ads before every call is also annoying but it’s still fun to play and I hope I see more done here! Well done!!
Amazing game with amazing lore
For a mobile game this gives fnaf type lore but for us first responder nerds I recommend it to anyone

The game play is really good, most text based games tend to be boring but this is not the case I love how many ways the outcomes can change and the mystery so clear but just out of reach, I can’t wait to see an update for another shift, and heck, I would pay for it!

Cool game, too short
I ended up caving and spending the $1 for no ads, only to find the game ended 1 call after my purchase. The game is way too short and it’s been 3 years. Clearly the developers gave up on this project. Don’t waste any time or money playing a game that ends very shortly on a cliff hanger with no signs of continuing the game.

Love the game but one problem
I’ve loved this game since it came out and I love finding all the secrets and stuff like that but one problem when is shift 2 coming out it said shift 2 is coming out fall 2021 and it’s not here and I’ve been so excited for it

Excellent plot, great replay ability, twist and turns and to remove ads (which only appear after the call) is only $1. Would pay money for a full game / future episodes.

Broken! Help!!
I was really excited to play this; looking at the reviews I thought it looked really fun and interesting. When I opened the app, it seemed normal until I got past the "syncing" and "please wait" parts. Everything started glitching out, the screen would bounce around with purple and green glitch lines, the buttons would glitch all over too.
I don't know what to do, please help.

Nit picking
Calls have some what of a childish vibe to them. Fire trucks don’t have medical training which is somewhat unrealistic. Other than that it’s an ok game
