マークもつかなくシンプルで使いやすいのですがアプリが頻繁に落ちます。どうにかして欲しいです。

前まで間は使えたのに3回くらい使った後から今まで連結したら音声だけで画面真っ暗なんですけどですけど…他にも同じ方がいるので本当に早めに改善お願いします。
