Wrong about Wellstar North Fulton Hospital

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital is a Comprehensive Stroke Center. You have them listed as a Primary Stroke Center. If a paramedic uses your information and takes a patient to a hospital that is further away, it could cost the patient millions of brain cells. You need to fix this immediately.

Not working!

Love this app but it quit loading up on any of our devices as of 4/8/24. We use it to aid incoming ambulances in assessing stroke levels. Please get it back up.

有事想定されてない

気になったのでダウンロードしてみました
パッとみた感じのコメントを書いておきます。
このアプリが必要とされてる場面ってそもそも少ないですがそういう時って大災害とかの基本緊急事態ですよね、そもそもアプリを、ダウンロードできない可能性もあるけどとりあえずそこはひとまず置いといてアカウント作成必要ある？緊急時ってそんな余裕ないしそもそもトリアージ必要な度合いの時回線パニックしてて時間かかる無駄。あったとしてもアップデート履歴見たら最低パスワード桁数多くね、そこまでのセキュリティいらんやろ。
あとアプリ自体もネット接続ないと使えない（使えるって書いてるけどアカウント作らなあかんので中身がどうであれ一緒な気がする）草実際に使われることを想定してないアプリすぎる気がする
例え警察官とか消防士、救命士メインとか想定してて有事に使えなさそう

環境省から配信されアプリダウンロードしたが、メルアド、パス入力で跳ね返される。PDFの説明画像と一致しない。

環境省からの勧めでダウンロードしたが、英語表記でわからない。日本語の練習用？で試したが私には不向きで使えないです。

使い方

ダウンロードしただけでは熱中症診断に使えない。joinコードとの連携が必要な事が書いてないので不親切。連携した後は使い勝手は良い。

環境省からのLINEで、スマートフォン用熱中症診断支援アプリとして紹介された。だが、最初の病名？が英語？なので、使用を勧められている一般人(スポーツクラブのコーチ、養護教諭、介護施設職員)は理解できないのではないかと思う。

Why isn’t a hospital in my city - that is a stroke center - listed?

University of Kansas St. Francis campus in Topeka is a primary stroke center. It’s not present in the app when I am looking for treatment. I have to go to Stormont, Lawrence, or Kansas City.

I think one would have to use common sense with regards to the MEND complete stroke testing in the field. It is however a nice tool that the area hospitals have agreed to use. Always treat the pt, not the app.

Poor Quality App

I only scored this app one star because I had to select that at a minimum. The application is not evidence based, and is in direct conflict with established guidelines of evaluating suspected stroke patients in the prehospital setting (Cincinnati Prehospital Stroke Screen, MEND Exam). The application does provide the closest stroke facilities (comprehensive versus primary) based on the interpreted severity of the patient, but does not actually link to a navigation service, only displaying a static routing on a map. There are also grammatical errors throughout the different pages. From a field medics point of view this could have been done much better.
