The store messed my order, gave me a wrong foods upon delivery.
I ordered 3 meals 2x each and got delivered to me just 1meal with different customer name. The store (outlet) exchange my orders with other order that’s why the Snonu driver took wrong one. This is unacceptable. Jollibee store/food attendant/cashier need to do their job properly.

Toooo long waiting time
I ordered via jollibee app at 9:53am and my food came at 11:07am. I didnt order much, just a burger steak and chicken, but it took them more than 1 hour. If i ordered via talabat/snonu, it wouldnt take an hour for them to deliver. Aside from that, i specifically instructed not to give leg part (chicken), but it wasnt followed.
