Android has free version but apple users need to purchase it for using the full app. It’s very inconvenient and inconsistent.

ずっと前にアプリをダウンロードし、使っていたのですが、ある日突然画面がグレーになり、全く使えなくなりました。
Purchase not honoured
I purchased full access to Jolly Phonics in November 2022. I have the invoice saved in app purchases. I used the app for many months without issue. However, recently, when I’ve attempted to sign in, the app has no record of my details. The app has no record of the transaction and I’m prompted to pay again. I’ve emailed the Jolly Phonics developers directly about this and the failure of the app to recognise my login details. I have yet to receive a response several weeks later.

Won’t load
Awful app, I googled to see if it’s compatible with iOS 12 and it says yes. Yet the app won’t open on an iPad that’s iOS 12.5.7. Was recommended this by my child’s school and can’t even use it!,

On signing up, it does not give option for parent. Instead it has only guardian, tutor or other.
Doesn’t work after buying full version
I wish I read reviews before buying - the situation is the same as for other people. I’ve bought the full version and after some time I can’t log in. Account doesn’t exist and that’s all.

It was a one time purchase which we did before and we were using the app, until it became a subscription and will charge us every month. But why its not a movie or story or something that needs continuous subscriptions
