I paid for this pro version and it doesn't include the materials, you have to sign up anyway and pay using the in app store. Just use the free one it sea to be identical. Can't even get a refund.

I’ve purchased this app today and it’s already crashing! Horrible
GREAT APP, IF IT WORKED😒
Bought the app a few days back. It was working well at first but yesterday I noticed the app was silent but thought the device had its volume tuned down. Upon investigation it’s not our device. The app just has no sound coming out. £9.99 is a lot for an app that is not working. STILL NOT WORKING RIGHT. MY CHILD IS FRUSTRATED IM FRUSTRATED.

No family sharing
I purchased and downloaded the app on my phone and wanted to share it with my son so that he can use it on his ipad. Although family sharing is enabled, I couldn’t share the app. And there is no information regarding how to do sharing on their website

Doesn’t work.
So I bought this app after it being recommended by my daughter’s school, I looked to see what iOS version was compatible, and it states 11.0 or later, my daughters has iOS version 12.5.7, but every time we open the app, the mouse appears, then the app switches itself off, it won’t work, I tried app support, but it just says page cannot be found, massively frustrating considering it’s just cost £9.99 for an app my daughter can’t use.

Sounds stop after a few games
Good app but the sounds stop working after a game or two. Restarting the app, reinstalling the app, and even restarting the iPad doesn’t help
Some sounds in the app are missing
In my environment, Jolly Phonics Lessons Pro app does not produce the "oa,ue,ow,o_e,u_e,ew" sound. Is it a bug? Jolly Phonics Lessons Pro v5.0.5 iPhone 15.6.1 MacOS 11.6.8

Like “oa” it is not working with the pronounce with all my gadgets
Great idea, poor implementation
This app has great ideas, but there are too many glitches. On the American English sounds, letter sounds with two letters are not working during the blending activities, finger tracing has multiple issues on the print side. If the app was updated to fix these issues it would be a 5 star app, as it is, you need additional resources to teach the letter sounds and formation. Please update the app with some regularity.
