Missing features
I find it hard for me as an employee to do certain things because of this bare bones app. It does the bare minimum well, while not aesthetically pleasing it gets it done. It could use features to aid in communication between workers but it works for the bare minimum. My uncle touched me in 2011
Frustrating!
I’ve had to delete and redownload this app over 5 times because it refuses to log me in! I’ve changed my password thinning that was the issue, but it’s clearly the app. The website isn’t easy to navigate as I have 3 different restaurants I’m trying to get schedules for. I need this app to work! Literally!

Management User
This app is not effective. It does not help my staff be more efficient or proactive. I don’t receive info about late or incomplete sidework until AFTER the shift is over. I am better off paying $$ or shift meal to have a responsible staff member check their sidework Before they checkout/punch out.
Also my employee don’t like the storage space that ALL those photos use on their personal phones! And terminated employees can’t unsubscribe to the daily emails, even after deleting the JoltLite app.

Too Many Bugs
The idea behind this app is fine… the execution is awful. the connection is terrible, the app is slow, and it broke for about a week before devs bothered to fix it. please save yourself the frustration and find something better.
Just horrible
The app would get zero stars from me if I could. I am always kicked out of the system when I try to use it, which sometimes causes me to miss my shift. No updates at all, honestly, this app isn't even worth people's time. If I wanted to know my schedule, I would rather call my employer.
2022 and no updates for 3 years??
Every single time I open this app, it says there was a connection error and I have to retry before I can see the schedule. It doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi or mobile data. The app looks like it was a website that was quickly converted into an “app”, which I have seen companies do to save money. It’s honestly a terrible experience. PLEASE update this “app”! Or better yet, have your dev team rewrite it as a native iOS app.

Oh my
This app works 1% of the time. I have to keep deleting and re-downloading it over and over again. It has my schedule on it so I literally missed my shift because I couldn’t open the app. If you are an employer looking for an app to use for scheduling I BEG of you don’t use this one. My other job uses HomeBase and it’s amazing. Please fix this.

Laughable
If you’re debating between humanity and jolt choose humanity 100% of the time. The reviews speak for themselves. Humanity is amazing :)

Based on the customer base Jolt has and how much it costs, there is no reason JOLT scheduling is not as good, feature rich and the app as nice a When I work, etc.
Can’t even log in anymore
It use to work before I’ve used it for a month the app was alright wasn’t that great but I was able to use it and get stuff done but randomly I was log out one day and still can’t log back in it doesn’t say the password is wrong and I can log in my computer fine just not on my phone so this app definitely gets a 1 star

Schedule view doesn’t work
When i go to look at schedule for the day it doesn’t scroll all the way down very frustrating

Log in issues. I have to check my schedule when it’s sent to my email. Thank God I can check it that way otherwise I would be calling old fashioned way for my schedule

this app is horrible. it will never let you access the app the first time and it doesn’t let me scroll to see me shifts. this app is awful.

One of the worst apps in the world
These past two weeks I have gotten nothing but glitches and can’t access my schedule for my work. So I always have to text my boss or look at the printed copy of my schedule every week, and I cannot look at any shifts that I can cover when I need more hours.
If you’re a manager looking for a good app for your employees, don’t bother using this cause it’ll cause nothing but issues.

Update
It’s time for an update. Every time I open the app it displays a white screen for about 10-15 mins. The login screen doesn’t even appear when I start the app over, it’s just the white screen background.
Will not sign in
The app is garbage. Why bother having it in the App store if I can’t sign in? Waste of time. Flight Simulator for Windows 95 actually crashed less than this steaming pile of crap.
The WORST scheduling app in the industry
THIS APP IS TERRIBLE. IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER DO NOT USE JOLT. If you want to drop a shift, you have to press drop shift like 6 times. Although it won't drop your shift until you close and reopen the app, your coworkers will get a notification every time you press drop shift AFTER it finally registers. Ridiculous. Absolutely useless
I literally never write reviews but the one thing i have to say about this app is that it doesn’t work. period. it just doesn’t. nothing you click works, you can’t get things to load regardless of wifi, it refuses to log me in without help of my manager, ETC. If you’re looking into apps to use for scheduling for your cooperation or business LISTEN to the reviews and try something else. I wish my employer looked at the reviews on this, the only reason i’m allowing it to stay on my phone is because i don’t wanna lose my job.

Needs to be fixed
I used to use this app often to check my schedule and also request time off. It was buggy but i dealt with it. The app suddenly logged me out and will not let me log in again. Even with the right log in info, it says “logging in” with a blue bar for 2 seconds and then just stays on the log in screen!
