My phone died while I was out, and I didnāt have a charger with me. A friend told me about the Joltzly app and helped me rent a power bank from one of their stations. It was super easy to use, and I was back up and running in no time. Honestly, I didnāt know how much I needed this until now. Total game-changer.

Saved me on a night out!
I was out with friends and needed to get home but realized my phone was dead! I was able to use joltzly to charge my phone to order an uber ASAP. Super easy experience! We just need them in more places!
Convenient but very pricey
Way too expensive!! 15 minutes cost me $54. I could have walked across the street and purchased a charger for $40 less!!!!

App says Iām still using it 30 mins after I returned it
I returned the charger and made sure the light came on to say it was put back correctly. 30 mins later the app still says I am using the charger. Went to the help section and found that the support email is hidden unless you have JavaScript. I had to go online to find their support email.
Stop making this difficult
Iām already mad I have to download an app instead of doing this on a web app, and then you make me MANUALLY enter a credit card with no option for ApplePay, PayPal, or anything virtual? No. Go away. Not even going to finish the transaction.
