Can't sync workout from Garmin
My workout from Garmin not sync to this apps at all. I've try unsync and sync again, still the same. There is no help or FAQ to guide user what need to be done for this issue. It's so frustrating.
JomRun Review
Jom Run is a well-done app that includes a running tracker and a variety of upcoming races. The tracker gives you a good amount of information, including your pace per kilometer, the calories burned, your elevation change, how far you have run, and how long you have been running. It also includes a map of where you have run, which is useful if you want to go back and run the same run. Jom Run also does a good job of giving you races, some of which can't be found other places!
Although Jom Run is useful in many ways, it is not always the most accurate. Once, I ran the same run twice. The first time, the tracker said I ran a little more than 3 kilometers, but the next time, it recorded the length as four and a half kilometers! The tracker is also easy to bump and accidentally delete your progress.
To make Jom Run better, the app could…
Have your progress automatically saved so bumping a button accidentally won't get rid of your progression.
Have a more accurate tracking system.
Show more event choices in each area.
Make a way for users to select multiple regions at one time when looking for possible events.
Find a way to make sure past races don't show up when you are searching for races, making the events easier to navigate.

I have already installed the app from the App Store but I cannot seem to launch. Please help me rectify this issue.

It was a pleasant and enjoyable 3km run, and look forward to more 3km fun runs like this in the future events.
Not updating
Theres no more event since 2023. It was really popular in covid time. But after that this died. So sad from Indonesia
Pending Results takes too long to approve
I’ve been submitting my steps result using apple health/garmin apps as set in the profile but the result takes too longgg to approve. Some of my results in last few still yet not approve, why? My ranking is at the lowest because of the pending results. I am soo annoyed and frustrated.

Fraud & Cheat App
I paid for a 21k ending Nov 2022, medal and race pack. It is already 3rd January 2023! And I still didn’t get any race pack or medal or anything. And the app said that my run is accepted and confirmed. This is a fraud app! The developer is a cheat! Don’t pay for anything on this app, you will never get your race pack or your medal

I have been an ardent JomRun supporter as the events organized by you guys are really good and the Tshirts especially is my personal favourite so i have participated in many of your events and i am happy with the arrangements this far, tq for keeping us always in the run #JomRun

Not that bad but…
Up until today I don’t encounter much problem with the app but one thing that bugging me so much. Why do I keep getting push notifications twice? All the freaking time!!! It’s really annoying. And what’s funny is that I’m not the only one with the problem. My bro and sis have the app too and they got twice the notifications too. Like why is that keep happening?
Other than that all good. I enjoy all the events, its easy to participate and those virtual events are a bless. Easy to do inside or outside. It’s really fun!

Ripped off and really slow to deliver the goods
Don’t believe this app, the items are pricey and it took them more than 3 months to deliver the winning items. Better join other virtual run app such as pacer, it took them few weeks to deliver the medal upon the completion

Can’t sign up for any events. Every time I put in my phone number in the registration form and click sign up it tells me my phone format is invalid.

My E ticket suddenly gone?
I joined the spongebob virtual run and paid RM180 for the entitlement plus add on hoodie. Today my Jom Run apps suddenly log out. When i log in back, all my progress and my e ticket for spongebob event gone. I try to refresh many time but still there is nothing on my e ticket. Please solve this issue immediately!
