Too much ads
This apps has too many ads. When i change pages, it sends me back to previous page, which makes ads play again. Reading should be smooth and enjoyable, but the constant interruptions make the app feel more focused on showing advertisements than providing a good user experience.

Kapag inoopen ko ang app offline hindi nag loload mga stories at need naka connect sa internet bago magbasa/reread ng stories unlike before na kapag na open ko na story with internet and want ko i reread yun di ko na need ng internet

I’ve been a fan of Jonaxx since 2016, and seeing how far everything has come makes me really happy. The way the book series are now organized in the app makes it so much easier to follow the stories, especially for long-time readers like me who’ve been here since the early Wattpad days. The app is user-friendly, and I love how it keeps improving with new features and cleaner layouts. It really shows how much thought was put into giving fans the best reading experience.

its been 5 years and sobrang hirap pa din po makapasok every time na may update :( laging nag c-crash yung app and error: notifications cannot be found pag sa book updates

Hopefully they do subscriptions for ad free! The ads are so annoying 😭

Im happy that this app is free however nakakainis lang yung ads minsan hehe. Keep this app for free parin however if may option kayo na no ads but may payment (like a subscription - im willing to pay! I hope you can hear me out. Hehe thanks much! 🫶🏻
Font size
I hope the font size can be bigger than 1.5. It’s a challenge for me that has astigmatism even with eye glasses on.

Yung old bookmarks ko po naging puro yellow na lang po, di po nag s-show up yung ibang colours :((( please fix po thank you 😭

Just like the other reviews about ads. Totally fine yung usual ads, but recently most ads keeps loading and stops at 99% and stays there forever. No other way to read but close the app and open again. Not to mention the countless times of uninstalling/reinstalling the app. Hope this issue will be fixed soon. Will always support Jonaxxx stories so still a 5⭐️and looking forward for a better version.

Love island ad,can’t be skip and viewed so you have to wait till it reaches 99% hoping na finally it’ll able you to read again but no it’ll just freeze.Sana they can fix this bug on the app.

I’m okay with the ads. Kaya lang yung mga lumalabas na ads it stops loading at 99% tapos wala na. Hindi sya yung mga video ads na asks you to install or finishes playing the ad after 20 seconds or 1 minute. So no way for mw to read the chapter. I have to exit the app then re-open and keep doing it kasi yung ad nga na lumalabas there’s no way for me to clear. I hope it gets fixed.

What's up with the Ads??????
I used to read on Jonapp even with my wifi or data turned on cuz i don't mind the Ads, but for some reason the Ads changed, there's this loading thingy that STOPS AT 99% then my screen would be stuck in that loading screen for gods knows how long, i cant click anything, theres no exit button or whatsoever. PLEASE FIX THIS. It's really ruining it for me, i just want to read easily, i don't mind watching an Ad as long as there's a timer and an exit button will pop out, now theres just this stupid loading screen.

Loading ads that takes eternity
Hello ate J! I really love your stories ever since nung wala kapang sariling app and nag a upload ka palang sa wattpad. However, there’s some issues regarding sa loading ng ads everytime I’m at the end of the story na. I don’t know if the system is the problem or it’s just my internet. I tried to use both of my data and wifi, still the same loading. It specifically loads only when I’m at the last chapter of the story which is Epilogue/Wakas. I tried to install and uninstall it, still the same. But I tried to sign in as a guest, and I can read it without the ads loading for eternity. I’ved red the other users review here in your app and they have the same problem with me. Please do something about this ate J. Thank you.
