Trash after getting Acquired by Bite Squad
I was forced to update my app, which then told me I was now outside their serviceable area. I’ve gotten numerous orders from them before Bite Squad. I tried again at work only to be told the same thing, outside their serviceable area. Support is also useless, I tried to tell her I was trying to order to my business and she kept insisting I meant restaurant. Went from a 4 star app to 1 star and useless.

Needs more development
After ordering I could not check on the progress of my order or see anything about it in the app. When I received my order it was wrong. There is also no way for me to contact the company or the driver of the order through the app.
