I have never worked with an institution where the customer service was this good. You truly feel like they will do anything they can for you, no matter what. This is the type of institution I like!

It is good to keep things current. However, my phone does not support 17. So now I can no longer access my account through your app. This is very frustrating and inconvenient. Think it through next time. I cannot afford to spend 1200$ to get a new phone for your convenience.
