Terrible chat customer service
Always a BOT which I get but then you have to explain your issue to AI for them to connect to a live agent only to have to repeat yourself again to the live agent. Once a live agent peters the wait time is ridiculous because they are multitasking and helping several customers all at the same time. In the middle of markets, when you are in a rush with accounts standing in front of you and need help, having to wait 47 minutes to get a live agent to resolve your issue is not acceptable. And the only advice was to restart my iPad and reload. Wish I had already done. By the time I was able to get back to the chat because I had a customer in front of me. The live agent had to close the chat. Do better JOOR! Maybe staff up during markets???

The app is good but (from the rep/manufacture side) we need to be able to see all of our customers (without having to enter an order) and we need to be able to see all of the PO’s (not just the ones entered on the app)
