The best fitness training & meal plan app
I have used so many fitness apps and none are as user friendly and helpful as this app!! I love the workout schedule, how customizable the plans are, and the meal plan with built in macros are so awesome! Jordan is always super responsive whenever I have had a question also which makes it so much more motivating to know she’s there to help if you need to make changes or anything at all. The meal plan guide is also customizable so it is easy to select if you have allergies or nutritional preferences. The absolute best part IMO would be the cash prize challenges! Through these challenges you get to meet others through the Facebook group & I love having a strong community to keep you going whenever you want to give up. If you have the desire to get lean, lose weight or just maintain with new workouts then this app is definitely worth it!!
