Great potential for this app
I am a Joshin Joy Maker in NYC. Since the app launched in my city, I have completed a few care dates which were successful. The app administrators are extremely responsive and always looking to improve user experience. This is a much needed service, and I look forward to booking future care dates as more New Yorkers learn about the app.

Easy to use, easy to link up families and caregivers!
This app is so easy to use and a great way to get liked with families (I’m a Joymaker aka caregiver). Love the bio and being able to see what’s needed since every child/individual/family is different. Improvements have been made since the app came out, including the chat feature, which is helpful. Support has been really accessible and reliable!

What an amazing app and features!!! Very well built! I’ve booked multiple joymakers and have loved them all, super professional and highly qualified! I love that they have all the information right in the app and also take care of payment! Amazing!!!
Deactivated profile
This app desactivated my caregiver account for some unknown reasons. I only created it a month or 2 ago, never been booked, never received a message from any parents, I have successfully passed my background check which was showing on my profile before activation. I tried to log in last week without success, reached out to them on Facebook, and couple days later, they sent an email that my account has been deactivated that they cannot tell me why. Well, it’s their own loss! I am still successful on many other apps!

Convienent care
Joshin is a great app and service. I cannot recommend this app enough. Fully customizable profiles, pictures of the Joymakers is so helpful.
