We enjoyed using the Hawaii and Lake Tahoe guides. These guides are so clever and easy to use. The Joshua Tree guide was informative and helpful.
Just wished there was more narration in lieu of the repetitive Native American inspired music.

VERY glitchy, impossible to get refund
I have left feedback and am now requesting a refund as I have gone through 3 different channels and have yet to receive any response.
TL;DR too glitchy to use in actual park, impossible to get a hold of anyone after purchase for either help or refund. Would not recommend and would not use app from this company again in the future

Dear Therm2022, Absolutely there’s NO doubt that the app isn’t great. We have 24 hrs support team for your help, have you tried connecting via Call, Chat or Email? To help you resolve this issue please share more details of your device model number and the IOS version to & after what point did the app misbehaved to “support@actiontourguide.com”since we haven’t found such bug reported.

Update: The app developer kindly offered me a gift card for another tour guide, so I might try again in the future with another destination.

As long as the app is downloaded ahead of time as instructed, the tour works totally offline. This is a critical feature we implemented since the park has absolutely no signal! We’d love to hear back from you - please contact us via the app’s menu. Because we have no control over refunds for Apple purchases, we can offer a free tour of your choice from our website or a Gift Card worth twice the price.
