Works well
This is a convenient app designed for business meetings. It does well in summarizing key points and looking for action items. I like that I can add to a recording.
It does not do so well with personal reflections (where I may want a cleaned up version of the transcription but its not a meeting). Also it doesn’t allow you to copy the transcript text which is a frustrating limitation because if it excludes important details from the summarized version, I can’t access the transcription text to add it in (it has to be re-typed manually in your note-taking app). Given this limitation, i’ve used Apple Voice Notes to record and transcribe, then paste into JotItNow to summarize.
