User reviews

JPP subscription doesn’t work

I discovered this app when my husband, impressed by the Journal of Paramedic Practice, decided to sign up for his own account with CPD. He received an email confirming his subscription that advised him about the app. On first look, this is a fantastic way of viewing the journals, perfect for being on standby and being able to view on your phone. BUT, it turns out that the subscription through the JPP website, paid for through MA Healthcare, isn’t enough to be allowed to access the journal on the app. I have full access on the website for my annual subscription, but would need to pay another £209.99 to be allowed to view that content on this app because that would need a subscription through “Exact Editions” (which appears to only have magazines as far back as 2017). Extremely disappointed!

Too expensive

Why aren’t the subscriptions through the Mark Allen Group who issue the magazines? The monthly price on here is too expensive.

Help

I have a subscription but am unable to log in on the app, which was the primary reason I purchased the subscription. The app offers no contact details to help me resolve my problem.

Shame.

If the education system and practitioners truly cared for the development and progression of paramedic science, the JPP would not cost a penny, as a student there is no way I can afford that subscription, shame.
