My favorite one if it worked
I’ve tried many journaling apps, and this one has the best interface. However, the app freezes, making it impossible to use. I closed the app, opened it again, turned off my iPad, and turned it on, but it didn’t work. It is very frustrating, mainly because I paid $19,99 to have access to it. I hope it gets fixed. The app has everything to be the best journalizing and planning app in the market, but it needs to work.

💗I really like it but….
I really like this app it is easy to use and has a lot of options outside of the premium payment. But once you get over three pages in any journal or planner it offers you you have to start a new one. This is really suckie and I now just have a whole bunch of random journals and planners😭😢😣😫

I've tried a few different journal apps and this one is by far my favorite. I love that almost every thing is free but also have good options for cheap templates. I've made a few journals and I love how much you can customize. I even made a junk journal which I find has been hard to do digitally. So many sticker and text box option as well as a lot of different journal covers and templates such as, meal plans, daily planners, monthly planners, habit trackers, even wedding and travel options. You can also use your own photos as covers and add your own photos into your journals. Overall this is the easiest journal app I’ve ever used with as many options it has and a yearly subscription was only $20.

Want to love
I am looking for the perfect planner app to upload my digital pdf planners and this app could be great but not even 5 min into playing around in the app and it’s already glitching and totally frozen. I will not pay till this app works. If you can get your glitch resolved I will totally pay and switch from Noteful to you guys but until then I won’t pay. I also should get a longer trial once you guys fix your glitches because the trial can’t even be used due to the glitching.

I hate it because you have to pay to write a journal like get better I hate it just hate (DO NOT DOWNLOAD)
Not worth it
Today I went ahead and I purchased this subscription thinking that I could put my own kind of planner/journal together. Wrong!!! Doesn’t matter what you choose as a template or a page it will not let you put it together in a journal, it tells you to pick the journal and page that you want the template to go to, but it won’t let you, don’t pay for this

Too many glitches
I really been wanting this app but have been so hesitant and I wish in the end that I had not purchased it. It runs slow, shuts down and when I log back into the app it doesn’t even take me back to the screen I was on. There are too many glitches! I even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it still doesn’t work like it should. I really want my money back. Super disappointing.

Cannot add weekly template
When I choose a free weekly template, they ask me to choose a journal, and after that I have to choose a page, so I don’t understand because if I choose a page, it’s only this page that appears in the journal, and not the weekly template.
bad customer service
Overall a good functioning app. I am disappointed with the customer service because I downloaded it and got the premium version on my Samsung tablet but i recently got an Ipad and i couldn’t transfer my premium account over to my apple device. after emailing twice they still haven’t reached out to help me avoid paying for the premium version twice or just restoring my purchase.

This app is good but..
I was thinking there could be no limit to how many pages or jounals you make or use but the special jounal fronts can stay so we can still have premeim in Journal & Planner! Also thank you for the no ads thing. This app should be a four out of five because of the limit thing but i think everything else is amazing. This app helped me deal with stress, school work, and planning for upcoming events so thank you and keep up the good work to whoever had the brillient idea to make this wonderful app!

I wish I could get my money back… I paid for the year after reading the comments and I can’t even get the app to work. There is no sign in screen when you can log into the app, the FAQ page says to hit restore and it keeps telling me nothing to restore. I would like ,y ,only back I hope someone reaches out !

Not my best decision
I guess it’s a nice idea but when I’m using the app it glitches a lot and the sizes of the words randomly change, I definitely do not recommend wasting your money on the app! You can use the app without paying but there are barely any stickers and templates to use before you’ve paid.

This app is decent. There’s nothing specifically wrong with it, but it’s just not great.
It’s very expensive to buy the premium version, and the free version isn’t great. For example, you can only use one calendar in a journal, and its defected. Also, you can only use one sticker from each pack, and it’s usually the ugliest sticker.
On top of these minor annoyances, every time I click on anything, it advertises the premium version.
I do not recommend the free version if you want to do detailed journals. The app is cute though.
For me, I’m definitely deleting.
