Difficult to delete account
Everything else on the app works, but then says theres no Internet connection when trying to delete my account. Odd that that’s the only feature not working

No support/doesn’t sync
I have tried to talk to them on chat. They told me to give them copies and then they say they can’t read it. What’s the point of paying for this app if I can’t have it sync with my phone and my laptop I’m going to back it all up in my drive and then cancel because this is not worth it.

Love the organization of the app! I love to add photos, to personalize the entry.
Daily Journaling
It’s nice to have somewhere to add your thoughts anywhere you are. This app affords you the ability to continue your journaling while away from you written books. I am all for writing in my journal but I get frustrated when I want to jot something down and I don’t have it with me. Now I am free to jot those things down. While out, I can use my phone and when I am winding down for the evening I can just open my ipad and the journaled notes are there from previous. Wonderful tool!

Easy to use app on phone and syncs when on a computer. Many options to write an full journal entry. Free text or template. Rate mood and include weather for journal entry.
Cloud storage suggestion
It would be nice to have the option to sync journal to OneDrive.
Great App
Gone are any annoying pop-ups, so instead of three or four stars it gets a well-deserved five star rating. Super nice journaling app.
Love this app
I love taking my time at the end of the day to just take a moment and re live my day so I can look back when I’m older. Will forever use this app 🫶 lwk wished I had a membership tho, only reason it’s 4 stars is because no.1 I couldn’t figure out how to do a half star and no.2 i wish it was a app I can use to the full extent without having to pay.

Great journal
I love this journal!!! I can add pictures and all kinds of things to my entries. I won’t be using another journal.
Login error, no support
I have used this app for many years, but after switching to a new phone I had to re-login. I forgot my password, so requested a password reset. It will say “email sent” but I have not received it (not in spam). Have tried resending multiple times and also on the web app, but no luck.
I have tried asking for help, but the AI bot is not helpful and to chat with a real person you need to log in! Am posting this here in the hopes that someone will see/remedy this issue, as I have over a decade of entries and since I’m not logged in it is not backup up anymore :(

Great - But a feature went missing
I been using Journey for over 6 years now. I started during covid & it is my memory tracker since then. However, recently when I start a new journal - the time is always 00:00. Earlier, it used to identify the time from the phone and ensure that I don’t have to manually update the time to whenever I am entering it. This feature is important to me as I sometimes randomly make updates through out the day. Please have a look into this. Thanks.. The app is truly beautiful..

Good app, dodgy pricing
Generally good features, but the latest desktop apps don’t support “legacy desktop premium licenses.” So a “lifetime” purchase may not last as long as you think.

This is the best entry app to take notes in, truly something to archive!
But, you need to make it friendly to text fonts, like Zalgo Text Fonts like this
